At MUM, our mission is to do business in ways that are good for the planet and our customers.
Our passion is mixology. Our mixers, spirits, bitters, and sodas are all organic. Until the 19th century, all beer was made with organic sun-kissed hops and barley. Tequilas were distilled from 100% organic blue agave plants. All wines were fermented from pesticide-free grapes. Vodkas were made from lush fields of organic grains, potatoes, fruits, and cane sugar.
As a matter of fact, organic cocktails were all anyone ever knew. Since then, the standard cocktail drink has evolved into a concoction of artificial colors, flavorings, and preservatives of which have been linked to serious health problems like allergies, ADHD, reproductive disorders, and cancer. These 'chemical' cocktails leave us with nothing more than a synthetic buzz and a nasty hangover.
At MIXITUP Miami, fresh organic is the standard. Our fruit and veggie ingredients are top quality and locally sourced. From the farm, to fermentation and bottling, you can rest assured that your drink contains premium organic spirits, just as it would have been hundreds of years ago.
